Working areas, access route, load-in point, areas that stay open.

2. THE SURFACES
Flooring and carpet types; walls, trim, stairs and rails; existing condition.
Property requirements and restrictions on attachment or adhesives.

3. THE MEASUREMENTS
Length and width of each room or run; number of identical areas.
Exposed corners and door frames. Heights or unusual dimensions to review.
Board Brothers uses a 5% overlap buffer for square-footage material estimates.
The buffer does not apply to corner, door-frame, or other item counts.

4. THE MOVEMENT
Crew traffic, carts, equipment, tight turns, changes in level.

5. THE TIMING
Access, install, work, adjustments, strike, final walk-through.

6. THE DETAILS
Furniture staying in place, delicate finishes, photos, open questions.
